Taylor, Elizabeth

Secretary

Like many other stars of the 1950’s and 1960’s Elizabeth Taylor was also on the sale list of the German "Filmstar-Sekretariat Hans Dangers, Berlin-Zehlendorf" and the secretaries does again an excellent job on her “autographs”.

Generally, the secretarial signatures are always very similarly written and do not vary slightly like authentic examples. The part between “b” and “h” is always written with the same 3 lines by the secretaries, on authentic examples it is always clearly written “et”. The loops from the “h” within the “T” is always very similarly on the secretaries and begins left, on authentic examples it sometimes vary and starts right to left.

Many thanks to Artur Artner who submitted us his findings and references.
