This postcard bears on the other side pictures of the King and Queen. The 'text' shown here is quite crudely printed in black ink. There is no indication that it was sent to any particular individual, as indeed it was not. This example is in a plain, unaddressed, envelope with the royal crest embossed in red on the flap.
